48' 2003 vintage enclosed trailer, 27' shop area 14' living quarters, 2 13500 btu a/c's with heat strips 7000 watt onan generator, 18 gallon gas tank for generator. Living quarters has a stove, refigerator, leather couch that folds down to a bed, queen size bed, and full bath. Shop area has upper cabinets against front wall, small work bench, winch mounted to the floor, four fuel jug racks that will hold 12 five gallon fuel jugs, an additional rack to hold gease rags and such, and a large door cabinet, and 2 spare tires.
all 6 wheels a aluminum, new bearings. there is an exterior shower head and hydrolic (power) jacks on the front of the trailer
