AMC 424 STROKER WATKINS GLEN MOTOR

HELLO FOR SALE
amc 424 stroker motor.was professionally built for watkins glen however was in the jegs 2006 motor challenge.less than 1000 miles on it and dynoed at 458 hp and 490 torque on basically stock heads!
has the following from the top.torker intake, (oil filler tube modified for oil pressure pump) roller rockers on dog leg heads,inside is powdwer coated for oil flow.( heads are not ported or polished) this would gain u another 100 hp.competion cam, with solid lifters will update specs.( 6500 rpm)
pistons are chevy dome 9.5 to 1 to run on pump gas with polished amc steel rods.crank is nitried,stroked and block is bored to give u 424 cubes.oil pan is a milidon 8 quart with 2 external lines ( i run 1 ) block is hard filled for strength and will update later with better specs.
mallory dual point distributor, ( yes dual point runs better on dyno!) i didn't believe it either.lol taylor wires and mallory cap.
headman headers. ( holley 750 carb will be sold seperate)
basically this motor is excellent for street or race ,comes alive at 5,00 rpm and was never beat on.currently in a 1969 javelin street car until original 390 is finished.motor is turn key.
